Objavljen poziv “Specijalističko usavršavanje privatnih zdravstvenih radnika (doktora medicine) u Mreži javne zdravstvene službe”

Ministarstvo zdravstva 7. srpnja 2025. godine objavilo je ograničeni poziv na dostavu projektnih prijedloga pod nazivom “Specijalističko usavršavanje privatnih zdravstvenih radnika (doktora medicine) u Mreži javne zdravstvene službe”, u okviru programa “Učinkoviti ljudski potencijali 2021. – 2027.”

Primarna zdravstvena zaštita predstavlja temeljnu razinu zdravstvenog sustava u Republici Hrvatskoj i obuhvaća najveći broj zdravstvenih djelatnika i usluga. Sukladno Zakonu o zdravstvenoj zaštiti, zdravstveni radnici imaju pravo i obvezu na stručno usavršavanje. Radi daljnjeg razvoja zdravstvenog sustava, naglasak se stavlja na ulaganja u specijalistička usavršavanja liječnika u privatnim praksama koje djeluju u okviru Mreže javne zdravstvene službe.

Svrha ovog poziva je povećanje broja specijalističkih usavršavanja doktora medicine zaposlenih u:

  • privatnim praksama u ordinacijama

  • grupnim privatnim praksama 

  • ustanovama za zdravstvenu skrb

koji imaju sklopljen Ugovor s HZZO-om u djelatnostima obiteljske medicine, pedijatrije te ginekologije i opstetricije.

Ukupno raspoloživa bespovratna sredstva iznose 4.900.000,00 eura, uz sljedeće iznose potpore:

  • Minimalni iznos potpore: 225.000,00 €

  • Maksimalni iznos potpore: 556.000,00 €

Prihvatljivi prijavitelji su pravni subjekti koji djeluju u sklopu Mreže javne zdravstvene službe te imaju važeći ugovor s HZZO-om, i to u djelatnostima:

  1. opće/obiteljske medicine

  2. zdravstvene zaštite predškolske djece

  3. zdravstvene zaštite žena

Podnošenje projektnih prijava bit će omogućeno od 4. kolovoza 2025. u 08:00 sati, a rok za predaju prijava je 31. prosinca 2025. do 23:59 sati.

Ministarstvo zdravstva najavljuje održavanje informativne radionice za prihvatljive prijavitelje dana 21. srpnja 2025. godine, a sve dodatne informacije o radionici bit će objavljene naknadno.
