Europska komisija predstavila prijedlog Višegodišnjeg financijskog okvira 2028.–2034. vrijedan gotovo 2 bilijuna EUR

Europska komisija predlaže novi Višegodišnji financijski okvir (VFO) za razdoblje 2028. – 2034., koji će osigurati dugoročni proračun usklađen s ambicijama Europe da postane neovisno, sigurno i prosperitetno društvo.

Proračun će biti fleksibilniji, jednostavniji i učinkovitiji, omogućujući brzu reakciju na nove izazove poput sigurnosti, migracija, klimatskih promjena i energetske tranzicije. Fokus je na potpori državama članicama, regijama, ljudima i poduzećima kroz objedinjene i prilagođene planove ulaganja.

Ključne značajke novog VFO-a

Veća fleksibilnost za cijeli proračun, kako bi Europa mogla djelovati i brzo reagirati kada se okolnosti neočekivano promijene ili kada je potrebno odgovoriti na nove prioritete.

Jednostavniji i usklađeniji financijski programi EU-a kako bi građani i poduzeća mogli lako pronaći mogućnosti financiranja i pristupiti im.

Proračun prilagođen lokalnim potrebama, s nacionalnim i regionalnim planovima partnerstva koji se temelje na ulaganjima i reformama, s ciljanim učinkom tamo gdje je najvažnije te bržom i fleksibilnijom potporom za veću gospodarsku, socijalnu i teritorijalnu koheziju u cijeloj Uniji.

Snažni poticaj konkurentnosti kako bi Europa osigurala lance opskrbe, proširila inovacije i predvodila globalnu utrku za čistu i pametnu tehnologiju.

Uravnoteženi paket novih vlastitih sredstava kojim se osiguravaju odgovarajući prihodi za naše prioritete i istodobno smanjuje pritisak na nacionalne javne financije.

Prijedlog Komisije osmišljen je kako bi se financiranje EU-a usmjeravalo kroz političke prioritete Unije, čime se ostvaruju rezultati koje nacionalni proračuni ne mogu postići sami.

Za financiranje se uvode nova vlastita sredstva, koja će godišnje generirati oko 58,5 milijardi eura, smanjujući pritom pritisak na nacionalne proračune.
