Otvoren poziv za energetsku obnovu zgrada javnog sektora

Objavljen je Otvoreni poziv „Energetska obnova zgrada javnog sektora“ (PK.3.1.03) u okviru Programa Konkurentnost i kohezija 2021. – 2027., financiran iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj.

Poziv je vrijedan 106 milijuna eura, a prijave se zaprimaju od 2. ožujka 2026. u 12:00 sati do 4. svibnja 2026. u 12:00 sati.

Svrha Poziva je provedba integralne energetske obnove, dubinske obnove, sveobuhvatne obnove te kružne obnove zgrada javnog sektora koja će rezultirati uštedom godišnje potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje (QH,nd) od najmanje 50% i uštedom godišnje primarne energije (Eprim) od najmanje 30%, te smanjenjem emisije CO2 u odnosu na stanje prije obnove. Iznimno, za zgrade sa statusom kulturnog dobra potrebno je ostvariti smanjenje godišnje primarne energije (Eprim) od najmanje 30% u odnosu na stanje prije obnove. Očekivani rezultati obuhvatit će i smanjenje godišnje potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje (QH,nd).

Prijaviti se mogu tijela javne vlasti, jedinice lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave, ustanove, organizacije civilnog društva i znanstvenoistraživačke institucije.
